Describe the bug
FOUNDATIONS_TENSORBOARD_HOST and FOUNDATIONS_TENSORBOARD_API_HOST environment variables passed to the foundations rest api container on starting atlas server currently have the FOUNDATIONS_ prefix, which should be dropped.
