NLP properties outlier check

Clicking the 'i' icon doesnt have any effect in vscode

A very strange issue when it works with Jupyter notebook but not in VS Code. After debugging a lot, seems to be an issue with VS Code Jupyter extension. It already had a couple of issues with Plotly graphs. I have created a bug on their official repository here: microsoft/vscode-jupyter#13659

Let's track it and will post the any updates received on this.
