Add a refresh button on the "choose catalog/schema" modal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have created databases and schemas manually - I want to switch to them using the "choose catalog/schema" modal, but it's not possible because they do not appear there. I have to refresh the connection for it to list them.

A refresh button directly on the "choose catalog/schema" modal.

Refresh the connection.
