Portaljs -> datahub github redirect does not work in create-next-app

Thanks for this project!

I was trying to follow the getting started guide on https://portaljs.org/docs and got stuck on https://portaljs.org/docs#create-a-portaljs-app. After a bit of trial and error, I realised the github url for the example app: https://github.com/datopian/portaljs/tree/main/examples/learn redirects to https://github.com/datopian/datahub/tree/main/examples/learn (I guess you've renamed it at some point).

I thought I should let you know this doesn't seem work with create-next-app's --example switch it seems, you just end up with an empty my-data-portal folder locally, I guess it doesn't follow github's redirect.
