For now the goal would just be to have pre-built binaries available for download with each release.
In the future it would be nice to have something more robust. One could imagine an RPM and/or deb download along with init scripts to start/stop the proxy in a systemd-friendly way. But that's a future enhancement; for now the goal would just be to enable download of binaries.

The most recent release (0.1.5) includes a linux/arm64 binary as an asset. We'll start including these in all releases going forward. Expanding the supported platforms will be handled by individual tickets; for example we already have a ticket to add ARM support.
