could be done against minio instance. Refs for potential setup to borrow

we do it in dandi-cli https://github.com/dandi/dandi-cli/blob/722f1b655e67c311635941dea5e7840c49994c0a/dandi/tests/data/dandiarchive-docker/docker-compose.yml#L88 with session scoped feature starting entire dandi which includes minio instance.t
