For recommendations that make use of MME calculations (5, 8, 12), it is important to ensure that cautionary language about not using MME calculation results to convert between opioid doses for switching or replacing medications. However, this language may not be necessary to include for clinicians that specialize in pain management (since they would already know this).

Add a link to recommendations 5 and 12 to the caution language in the published MME IG:

https://fhir.org/guides/cdc/opioid-mme-r4/mme-calculator.html#cautions

Add a link to recommendation 8 when the inclusion criteria for the recommendation is due to MME threshold
