Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

New feature

extract functions from bidsRFX to create group level mean images for:

  • anat (T1w) and its mask
  • bold and its mask
  • in one specific space
  • for a set of subject
  • for bold across all task unless task is specified
