[FR] Add missing major "sentence_domain"s

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current sentence domains are not complete. There is no way one can correctly define all possible domains, but IMHO there should have been some common sense on the weights of each option. For example, having "automotive" as a main domain focuses on a specific sector, might be because technologies used in cars improved so much (as in self-driving cars), but many other areas are missing, thus this feature request is about adding a few more of them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the following major areas:

• Engineering (mechanical, industrial, computer, ...)
• Natural Sciences (mathematics, physics, chemistry, astronomy, ...)

As most of these areas use jargon from each other (e.g. physics uses math and astronomy uses both physics and math), further dividing these is unnecessary, it might even hurt.
