Registration and LogIn for Service Providers to contact other service providers

There are now signup and login buttons on the homepage temporarily. They route to the signup and sign-in pages however those pages don't have any frontend.

TODO: Implement front end for signup and sign-in pages

I am currently working on that: #16

Tonight i hope to push the cleaned up changes to the pages.

Eventually I will need some priviledges for AWS. For now, I will link them to my account.
