Cockpit Client has ~ in its PYTHONPATH

I randomly had a http.py around in my homedir from some unrelated hacking. Attempting to connect Cockpit Client to localhost failed because import http in the http channel tried to import the file from my homedir instead of the standard library.

The python command line has various switches for isolating the running program from the environment. We should investigate which of those we want to use.
