Getting datasets in all showcases #50

Is there a way in a single api call to get all showcases along with all dataset ids in those showcases?

ckanext_showcase_list does not seem to do it. (Oddly it returns the showcase id in two fields "id" and under "extras" in "package_id" (which I had wrongly assumed would be the dataset id not the showcase id).
