optional UI Form to edit and create DCAT metadata

Dear dcat project,
we are planning to implement a very easy form on top of this plugin to support DCAT in addition to the CAT format, so an user can create new DCAT metadata using the UI form.

It is intentionally super-easy and plain then users can build on top of it or embed the form in their own templates.

It will not be set as default (more info here), users will see 2 buttons:
add dataset -> /dataset/new
add dcat -> /dcat/new

which is the default behavior when adding another format called 'dcat'

We are building it as separate plugin but I was wondering if you are interested to have it on your codebase (via pull req) so we can then merge it here as a module.

Do you have something like that already implemented?
