Localisation - description of groups in German is misleading

Hello everybody,

the current description of groups and their purpose in the German translation is misleading, affects usabilty and should be improved.

I am referring to these lines:

ckan/ckan/i18n/de/LC_MESSAGES/ckan.po

Line 1996 in f42547b

"You can use CKAN Groups to create and manage collections of datasets. This "

ckan/ckan/i18n/de/LC_MESSAGES/ckan.po

Line 2001 in f42547b

"Sie können mit CKAN Gruppen Datensätze erstellen und verwalten. Damit können"

Here is my very small suggestion for a change of the translation:
Original: You can use CKAN Groups to create and manage collections of datasets.
Old/ misleading translation: Sie können mit CKAN Gruppen Datensätze erstellen und verwalten.
New translation: Sie können mit CKAN-Gruppen Datensatz-Sammlungen erstellen und verwalten.
