Gantt charts/Project Management Documentation

I am wondering if anyone is aware of any work to allow project management documentation and work products (such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, or more complicated internal project management formats) to be combined and collected in CKAN...I noticed my city (Toronto) is using CKAN...but there is little visibility into project status from a project management perspective...often we get glimpses of it in project status reports, but they are often more polished pieces to tell the public we are here in say a community review or something...and I would suspect most of this information is stored internally in some format...knowing why a project is sitting idle, or is taking longer than expected should be a core piece of open data that cities are sharing...so it makes sense to me that aspects of the project plan should be public, and after the fact it likely makes no sense to hide this information either...
