Some tests require a postgres db in order to properly test. We can probably use the same method that dikdik does with postgression (https://github.com/erlware/dikdik/blob/master/.travis.yml#L8-L9 and https://github.com/erlware/dikdik/blob/master/src/dikdik_sup.erl#L56-L58)
