Extrapolation of the refinement zone in sharp does not work properly with impeller motion

Using the extrapolation of the refinement zone for geometry in rotation or with imposed motion does not work correctly at the moment. It leads to significant errors in the level set evaluation and position of the object.
This is not a priority to fix and, as such, may take some time to fix, as quick fixes didn't seem to work.

After further tests this is related to the cache clearing of the shape once it is moved.
