Comments
Hello @ndubel this is indeed very worrying, we will try to reach out to them. |
Last week I was able to see balance on my account and now I see zeroes (but I still can log in) |
@ndubel we'll try to reach out to their tech, however, we don't have direct contacts with them, so it may take some time. |
Today I've got an answer on my question "What is One-click transaction?". They just sent me this link: |
@ndubel Yeah, that is completely nonsense... |
@kroitor @carlosmiei is there any feedback from AscendEX support? |
@ndubel Unfortunately no, yesterday sent another email but no luck so far |
@ndubel Can you please provide us with your email and telegram handler? (you can ping us on discord/telegram) |
can you please give email address? and I will send this info |
done |
@ndubel Can you accept the invitation on telegram? |
done |
I've traded on AscendEX for 4-5 years as market maker. But suddenly I got e-mail:
I've ask about reason, and got:
They didn't clarify what does "One-Click transactions" means. As I told above almost all my deals are maker deals, I didn't use any manipulations and I didn't change my algorithm for years. And there is no any problems with other popular exchanges. So it looks like they just took my money. Maybe somebody also have problems with AscendEX?
