Feature request: Enhance Start Migration Popup

The Start Process Instance Migration popup could be increases

Describe the solution you'd like

When the user clicks on this pop-up, he gets 3 fields to populate.

• it should be nice to have an explanation on each field, as a text or a popup.
• I would like to choose the processId in a list of processes or leave in empty to say "Everything."
• if I gave a bad process Id, I need feedback
• when I select a process Id, I would love to have a button "estimate," which gives me the number of process instances to migrate
• When I start the migration, the action must be visible in the main dashboard, like "Process Migration in progress" or "Process Migration failed" if an error occurs
