Auto update issue - when auto update download fails and brave browser is closed

Description

The brave quits after opening due to the auto update failure

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the browser with auto update enabled
2. When the auto update fails with the error
3. It closes after some time.

Actual result:

The browser closes after sometime when the auto update failed

Expected result:

The browser should be open until we close it

Reproduces how often: it happened frequently

Brave version (brave://version info)

v 1.65.114 Mac OSX
