[tag] Make adding tags more easier / faster to reach

Currently, tags are added while creating new content in the "gear" menu in "extended" settings (using German variant here, hope this translation matches). While this generally works, it's additional clicks that could easily saved and make things a bit more fragile to use on mobile devices (randomly tapping in a wrong place and losing the draft).
Would it be possible to have a "tag entry" field directly on / below the content edit page, maybe near, below, next to the title input field?
