theres a windows error 5 when im trying to run the program, Can someone please explain how to fix it?

whenever i try to scan it gives me a message saying that the defender or windows itself didnt give it permission or something like that. can you people try to fix it?

@ineedhelpfreakingbleachbit Thank you for this report. It is not so easy to fix this one. We have had several reports on it and have tried to fix it (#1512, #1385, #1021). You can uncheck 'Windows Defender' section or just ignore those error messages.
