BRITE support in Bio::KEGG::COMPOUND #97

There is no function to fetch Brite in https://github.com/bioruby/bioruby/blob/master/lib/bio/db/kegg/compound.rb

I will add a function as brites_as_hash (returns a hash of the brite ID and name in Brite field).
