Description

When issuing a reclaim order by selecting a unit that reclaim, hovering over a metal feature, holding right click and then dragging outwards, the order sometimes just results in the default engine queue.

Expected Behaviour

Should instead only reclaim features that are the same type as the hovered feature.

Actual Behaviour

That circle looks very close to 1/4 the area size, which, if you look at #2640 from 4 days ago... would result in exactly that!

@StanczakDominik is mostly correct, but this bug predates my changes in that PR. Sometimes the origin feature does not get tracked correctly after mouse moves, particularly if the camera is moved in any way.

With my changes, the limited area/count will still queue up individual commands within the area but it will just be constrained, you can see in this video that it's just a normal reclaim circle, which is an engine command that will grab the nearest reclaimable on-demand rather than queueing up specific features up-front.
