Add the ability to require biometrics verification to open the app.

Context

This would allow adding another layer of security to the app!
Related to #4596 and other requests to add password protection to the app or specific groups.

Thanks for searching for an mentioning the related issue for password-protection. We have already done some planning for biometrics at different levels in the protocol. (Again, at the moment we're focused on core features for the upcoming 1.0 release.) We can keep this issue open to track biometrics specifically.
