The Cron count in the Dashboard should show enabled and disabled counts #1313

It would be nice if the navbar had as split count to differentiate between cron schedules that are enabled, and those that are paused/disabled:

It might require a little bit of custom CSS to get two values / colors in there: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/components/badge/#buttons
