I just installed Pyo, but I can't make it work on PopOs

The error says invalid sample rate... Have you tried to give the exact sampling rate of the system to pyo's Server:

s = Server(sr=<desired_sample_rate>).boot()

If the system does not have audio input configured, you should also disable input:

s = Server(sr=<desired_sample_rate>, duplex=0).boot()
