Some Russian ISPs use "Carrier-grade NATs" which means that ReQrypt can be hit-and-miss.

Here is information that someone sent to me that may be useful:

  • Er-Telecom: ReQrypt is unreliable.
  • Beeline: ReQrypt does not work (random port NAT).
  • Ufanet: ReQrypt does not work (random port NAT).
  • Obit: ReQrypt works but requires a high TTL value (of 12) to punch through the NAT
  • 2COM: ReQrypt works fine
