need some suggestions on searching my homepage by Google

Hi,

I have created my homepage based on your wonderful theme. I can do local development and have pushed it to my Github and thus I can see my homepage via https://jjiantong.github.io/. Thanks for your helpful instruction.

However, I had trouble when I searched my name (Jiantong Jiang) on Google. I expected my homepage link to appear on the search results but it didn't. Could you please give me some suggestions on how my homepage can occur when I search my name? Maybe, I guess, I need to set something somewhere in the configure file?

Hello Jiantong.

I think the best thing to do is to host your homepage and get a domain name for it then do some SEO to make it rank when you search for your name.
