bcex deletes .htaccess file on staging directory

After running drush bcex, .htaccess in config/staging directory disappears.

I accidentally ran lando drush bcex one level higher than the webroot in a local lando project and somehow it deleted the entire webroot folder. 😳

Hey @laryn I would say this is a different issue, isn't? I do run the command on the right place, not in lando, though, but on a production server with drush installed globally.

Sorry @robertgarrigos I didn't mean to hijack your issue. I was in a bit of a rush but trying to take a note and when I saw bcex deletes... I jumped the gun. If I get a chance to recreate my issue I'll file separately.
