[iPTF13agl] Misassociation with SNfactory object

SNF20070531-011 is given as an alias for iPTF13agl and Childress++13 is given as a reference.
The RA and Dec coordinates are extremely close, but the Nearby Supernova Factory object was observed in 2007 and not 2013, so this is not the same object.

The alias and all information from Childress++13 need to be removed. The reference Bailey++09 is the same wrong association with the SNfactory object and should be removed as well.
