Include screenshots
Reference files in readme folder
Put french first
Remove travis integration if not used/working
Le francais va suivre suggest the french will be added later (Le français ici-bas with ç)
Add url for scheming extension https://github.com/asc-csa/ckanext-asc-csa-scheming
