W3 errors - data explorer page #129

I get these errors when I pass the data explorer page source code through the W3 validator.
Only seems to pop up in French.

Tested with Go Canada and the "services offered to Canadians..." datasets.

When I pass the contents of the iframe itself, I also get:

Additional accessibility errors based on the IBM Equal Access tool on the data explorer page. Do you know if these are required for WCAG @coleweusthem?
