Hi, I wanna assemble a genome of moose (about 2.7 GB). After filtering reads, I run this command several times with different threads as below, but the same issue occurred every time no matter how much core/memory I request on the server. Could you pls do me a favor on this?

Parameters: pregraph -s N3.config -R -K 27 -p 224 -o N3_K27_pregraph

In N3.config, 1 lib(s), maximum read length 150, maximum name length 256.

224 thread(s) initialized.
Import reads from file:
/public/home/cug2202010039/workspace/wg_analyses/moose2inewg/denovo/N3_1.fastq.gz
Import reads from file:
/public/home/cug2202010039/workspace/wg_analyses/moose2inewg/denovo/N3_2.fastq.gz
--- 100000000th reads.
