Action ignores configuration file

I have defined the following .ansible-lint

exclude_paths:
- .cache/  # implicit unless exclude_paths is defined in config
- .github/
- templates/
- tests/

However, when the action is executed I get an error for a file that is in the excluded path

We were unable to read either as JSON nor YAML, these are the errors we got from each:
JSON: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

Syntax Error while loading YAML.
  did not find expected node content

The error appears to be in '/github/workspace/templates/linux_cscli_collections.yml': line 2, column 3, but may
be elsewhere in the file depending on the exact syntax problem.

Is it just a typo? .asnible-lint should be .ansible-lint

Yeah it's just a typo ☺️. You can check the linked build and repo, should all be correctly spelled

v6 was released earlier and today and based on what I seen on your link you did not know that when you pass arguments they are not filtered by the configuration. That is not a bug but a feature of the linter which is in sync with other lintes, by design th filter does not apply to command line arguments.
