Some Widgets Do Not Show Up When Video Background is Set

Describe the problem

As the title described, after I set the video background, widgets disappeared except those in the first category. I tried to change some setting about background, but it didn't work. And I also tried reduce the size of the videos and change other videos, but it was still the same. Check screenshot below.
