Nameparser checking of publisher-fielded name data

Sometimes the publisher mis-fields the surname/given name data (e.g. "Rosa" versus "De Rosa"). Add a run option that flags an author name if the publisher's parsing differs from our parsing. Make another option to do all authors or first-author only.
