Inspire - parser

Given an Inspire record identifier, retrieve record information for ingest into the ADS. Export in MARCXML seems to hold the most information (like keywords and associated keyword systems). Example: http://inspirehep.net/record/863300/export/xm

If references are available: http://inspirehep.net/record/863300/references
If citations are available: http://inspirehep.net/record/863300/citations

Records cannot be linked to by DOI, but DOI can be used to find Inspire identifier (example: http://inspirehep.net/search?p=doi:10.1086/304059)

Remember that a lot of their conference proceedings explicitly leave out the astro papers
(according to Kristen Sachs). Maybe discuss if they would consider changing that policy...
