Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-css/progresscircle.html#indeterminate in Safari
  2. Look closely at the animating circle
  3. Observe a line chasing the intentional fill area

Expected behavior

No artifacts

Environment

  • Spectrum CSS version: latest
  • Browser(s) and OS(s): Safari OSX
