Lorem Ipsum shorthand

As a creator, I would like the ability to inject lorem ipsum with a shorthand method.

Context

When you type lorem() into Word, it expands to a few paragraphs of lorem ipsum. I don't think we have to do it exactly this way, but it would be nice to have some way to accomplish this.
