Detect links in nested content

As a content creator I would like the Dark Alley editor to detect links inside parent content.

Context

Dark Alley detects individual links pasted in the editor, but it does not detect raw links (https://...) inside paragraphs, tables, etc. This is an edge case, but I'd like for it to be accounted for here.
