Submenu is inaccessable when opened from second line of menu items

Hi! I've noticed an issue where submenus can't be moused to at all if:

• There are two rows of menus
• The submenu is in a menu opened from the second row

This seems like it may be an issue in a component library - I'm happy to look upstream if that's the issue.
