Matching Conditions of Past Loads

Often it is necessary to run the models on loads that have occurred in the past. This is especially true when testing changes to the models on past loads. At the point when that load was first processed, certain conditions prevailed which were altered as time went on. A primary example of this is the telemetry database.

This entry requests that code alterations, and command line arguments, be made to ATC and the thermal models (if necessary) which will allows a user to precisely mimic the conditions at the point in time when a load was originally processed.
