used ulaunch and the second i boot my switch im banned, opened eshop after removing uLaunch and ban

Are you sure uLaunch was the cause? Are you running anything else homebrew related? I'm mostly curious since I'd then put a definite warning about ban risk for other users
Keep in mind that using uLaunch was always a risk, as I was already explaining in the README

yes im sure, i tested eShop before installing and after installing
