Ask @khowe for his thoughts on this and hopefully come up with a patch build process that allows for the most utility in the shortest build time.

5hrs curation - 5hrs build might be an acceptable way to make small batches of user submitted structure changes.

I guess this can be applied to S. ratti as a test case:

  • 6 genes curated in about an hour or two
  • Ideally we would want to curate more....should we reach out to the community for target gene list like we did for brugia
