On Plugins.trac the header style is not updated and the footer section is completely broken

I've requested systems deploy the new trac templates via https://make.wordpress.org/systems/2023/02/06/update-plugins-trac-templates/

This has been reported numerous times in numerous places.

Leaving this issue open until that's done.
