[Bug]: They Are Billions: file read error on start

Description

They Are Billions will start, and show the horse logo with a loading indicator working fine, but then I see this error. Maybe it's a simple fix. I've verified that this location does exist within the bottle - that file was created just fine. Strangely the "error" message starts with "success:".

This may not be a Whisky bug per se, but maybe there is a simple fix that can be applied by the player for this popular game.

Steps to reproduce

Start We Are Billions through Steam.

Expected behaviour

Game starts successfully.
