[BUG]: PCSG00760 creen tearing，happened in mx330 and 7800 xt platform

Description of Issue

When switching subtitles, screen tearing and flickering become particularly severe. This issue has been tested and observed on both an i5 + MX330 setup and a 5900X + 7800XT platform.
