Description

This is the fairly recently merged PR for the global shortcuts portal, which will potentially solve one of the major issues we have had and enable us to support hotkeys without the keybinder dependency that works for X11 only.

I never worked with xdg portals before, but I believe you can support them outside of flatpak, with dbus.

This will probably take a while to gain adoption/support across DEs, but if it works well and solves the caveats we've had I think we should support it instead of libkeybinder rather than supporting both. Because I think it will work very different and much more high level than libkeybinder, and Wayland is now the default in recent distro releases.

I'm marking this as contributor-friendly, because it doesn't require very much knowledge about Ulauncher, but it still might not be an easy task.
