Run recipe

When in a recipe, on hitting enter provide a dialog to chose the configuration and then run bob dev <current_recipe> -c <configuration> open command line and pre-fill with BodDev! <current_recipe>. This way the user can choose to add more options and a configuration to the command.

Same for multi-package that is at the current line.

Edit: change to pre-filled command line, because it is easier to implement and more flexible than a dialog
